By default, when a visitor submits a search that returns no matches, FusionBot returns the following message:

Matched 0 pages in 0.01 seconds [ Sort by: Date | Rank ] Your search did not match any documents for this web site. Make sure all words are spelled correctly. Try using fewer words. Try using more general keywords. Try different keywords or spellings.

For Bronze, Silver & Gold customers, rather than FusionBot returning this standard message, you can choose to redirect your visitors to a custom developed page on your server, displaying your own message or instructions.

To specify a custom redirect page, login to your account, click the 'Relevance' tab, 'relevance controls' option and set the URL for the 'Custom No Matches Page'.

Additionally, Silver & Gold customers can customize this message, directly within their custom template, by replacing the FusionBot template object tag $LGK_NO_RESULTS, with their own custom HTML.
